Can we bring a dog? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets for overnight stays. We love animals ourselves, but out of consideration for guests with allergies – and our tents – it is not possible. If you’re joining us for dinner at the restaurant, however, you are more than welcome to bring your dog along. Should there be a guest in the restaurant tent with an allergy or a fear of dogs, it is the guest and not the dog who takes priority. But for overnight stays, pets are not permitted.
Are we allowed to party? Lillero is a very special place, and peace and presence are at the very heart of what we do. Out of respect for our neighbours and fellow guests, the grounds must be quiet by midnight, and music must stop by 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels down around the tents from around 10:00 PM.
When can we check in and out? Your tent will be ready by 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM the following morning. Feel free to arrive early – there’s plenty to enjoy on the grounds, and if your tent is ready ahead of time, you’re of course welcome to check in earlier.
Can an extra person sleep in the tent? Unfortunately, we are unable to add extra bedding in our tents. The tents are designed for two people and we cannot accommodate additional beds. If it’s a small child who can sleep between the parents, that’s absolutely fine. Simply add a note in the comments field when booking and we’ll sort it out. We can also arrange a travel cot if needed.
Is there heating in the tents? Yes, we have electric blankets in the beds to keep you warm and comfortable. The tents themselves are not heated, but the beds warm up quickly.
Is breakfast included? Yes, breakfast is included in your stay – so that’s one less thing to think about.
Where can we park? There is plenty of parking right outside Lillero – either just before you reach the Coffee Bar and reception, or a little further down the road. We have small trolleys available to borrow if you need help getting luggage down to your tent.
Is there electricity in the tents? Yes, all tents have power and charging points available. The sockets are built into the headboard, so they’re easy to access.
Can we bring our own food and drinks? Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Lillero. Everything enjoyed on the grounds must be purchased at the Beach Bar or the Coffee Bar. This is an important part of the experience and the sense of community we create here.
