Restaurant lilleB is our gastronomic retreat by the sea. We serve a pescatarian menu built around seasonal ingredients – simple, flavourful, and inspired by the world of formel B.
All dishes are served family style in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere beneath the shade of the tent. When the plates arrive at the table, the idea is to share and taste across them – exactly as you would among good friends.
We believe the partnership between Lillero and lilleB is a perfect match. Our goal is not only to offer guests a sense of wellbeing through nature, but also to ensure that everyone – whether staying overnight or simply coming for dinner – enjoys an experience of honest, nourishing, high-quality food.

lilleB offers a relaxed dining experience with a creative menu that reflects the season’s finest ingredients. The menu is pescatarian and served family style, so the whole table can share, taste, and enjoy a varied and nuanced food experience.

THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE TENT
Inside the tent, the atmosphere is relaxed and refined in equal measure. The large, open space is simply furnished with respect for the surroundings, and the sounds of nature drift in through the canvas. As evening falls and the lights dim, a quiet stillness settles in – turning the meal into something far greater than food on a plate.
We want you, as our guest, to lean back, let your shoulders drop, and allow yourself to be carried into the moment. No rush, no stress – just time, presence, and great food.
THE WINE EXPERIENCE
Wine plays an important role in the overall experience at Restaurant lilleB. In the corner of the tent stands a wine cabinet stocked with selected bottles from formel B, and you’re welcome to browse and choose the evening’s wine yourself. If you’d rather leave it to us, our servers have put together a wine pairing carefully matched to the rhythm and flavours of the menu.
Non-alcoholic alternatives are of course available too, including our homemade lemonades – bright, fresh, and naturally sweet, they complement the food beautifully.
