With us, the day – and often the break in the middle of it – begins at the Coffee Bar.
We brew with freshly roasted beans, and every cup is made with care, patience, and a genuine love for the craft. Expect a coffee that tastes like quality – whether you go for a classic americano, a creamy latte, or an intense espresso with an extra shot.
But the Coffee Bar is more than just coffee.
You’ll also find a selection of fine teas and rich hot chocolate. When the weather invites it, take a seat and let the day pause for a moment – with views across the dunes, the sand, and life slowly unfolding around you.
Our soft serve has already become something of a Lillero classic. Developed and refined with the same care as our coffee – creamy, fresh, and made with the finest ingredients.
Top it with roasted Piedmont hazelnuts or a drizzle of luxurious chocolate. And for the kids – or the adults who feel the same way – we of course also stock classic ice lollies from Hansen Is.
The Coffee Bar is a little haven in itself – a place where the pace drops, and where even the smallest break is allowed to taste like something special.

As the day dawns over Lillero, the place slowly comes to life – and breakfast is waiting for you at the Coffee Bar.
As with everything we do, we care deeply about quality ingredients and the craft behind them. That commitment carries through to breakfast too.
Everything is carefully chosen, and many of the products come from the same suppliers as our restaurants.
Take your breakfast back to your tent, enjoy it in the shade on the terrace – or head down to the beach and let the sound of the sea keep you company.
This isn’t about eating in a hurry. It’s about starting the day gently – with time to savour your coffee, the morning light, and each other.
