WELCOME TO LILLERO
Lillero is a place where nature sets the scene and the experience takes centre stage. As part of formel B Group, we run all of Lillero – from the 13 glamping tents to restaurant lilleB and the Beach Bar – with the same passion for quality, presence, and unpretentious dining.
We are proud of our connection to the area around Høve Beach in Odsherred. Here we are surrounded by the best nature has to offer, and that is reflected in everything we do – from the ingredients we choose to the atmosphere we create.
At restaurant lilleB, we serve family style menus centred around local vegetables, sustainably caught fish and seafood, and refreshing wines and summer drinks. Much of the food is prepared over open fire on our large Ofyr grill, and inside the tent the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. In the corner of the tent you’ll find our wine cabinet stocked with bottles from formel B, and our team are happy to guide you through the selection or put together a wine pairing for the evening.
At the Beach Bar, the tone is more casual – here we serve cold drinks and comfort food on the grounds between the forest and the shore. Try our classic burger made with organic beef in a soft potato-buttermilk bun.
At Lillero, everything we do is about creating stays and experiences that give our guests the time and space to unwind, enjoy great food, and savour the sense of community around it. That is at the heart of what we do – and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Lasse Claus Fastø Frank Mikkelsen
Partner at LILLERO and day-to-day manager of the gastronomic side of the venue.
Lasse trained at formel B and has been a core part of the lilleB team since the very first season. With his experience, drive, and infectious energy, he is one of the driving forces in the kitchen – whether he’s firing on all cylinders behind the Ofyr grill or flipping burgers at the Beach Bar.
He knows the tent, the guests, and the pace inside out – and is now gearing up for his fourth season of fire, flavour, and good spirits.
Kristine
Kristine Slott Olsen
Kristine is the daily manager and partner at LILLERO, where she keeps everything running smoothly – big and small – and she does it exceptionally well.
Since 2013, Kristine has been part of formel B Group. Before joining formel B, she honed her skills at some of Denmark’s most respected restaurants, including Studio, Herman, Den Røde Cottage, and Sletten.
Kristine has further developed her expertise through the Danish Sommelier programme, the Wine Academy, and numerous service competitions – a wealth of experience and knowledge that she generously shares with her colleagues and that guests at lilleB are very much the beneficiaries of.
